YOUR ROLE

• Support with research projects to uncover and understand consumer needs and behavior and market trends
  
• Helping with preparation of desk research by searching, collecting, consolidating, and analyzing existing internal or external data
  
• Support with execution of social media listening by building research queries in digital analytical tools
  
• Assistance with documenting learnings into PowerPoint decks utilizing storytelling and engaging visualization
  
• Ad-hoc projects support & other administrative tasks

YOUR SKILLS

• College education/ student of business-related studies in Marketing, Market Research, Sociology, Psychology or Communication
• Fluency in spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2)
• Skilled user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Passion and interest for social media (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook, blogs, forums, consumer reviews)
• Ability to find meaning in data, separate relevance from noise and turn data into stories
• Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Communication skills, collaborative and team-oriented personality
